Every year, thousands of children are shuffled through foster homes across North America. The fact that these children are forced to move from one place to another is no fault of theirs. So we're really happy when they find their forever home.

This happened to a little girl whose foster family had been trying to adopt her and her siblings for years. Her school administrator, whom she had formed a close bond with, knew of the legal challenges involved with this process.

So on the day the adoption miraculously went through, this little girl's new family decided the administrator should deliver the news during one of her frequent visits. The video of the adorable adoptee's reaction will bring tears to your eyes.
