The cast of MTV's Teen Mom and Teen Mom 2 are no strangers to drama, and whether it's truly authentic or incredibly exaggerated, producers have the cameras rolling when these situations occur.
Through the last several years, we've seen them through their trials and tribulations of raising their children and forming new relationships.
With the departure of Farah Abrahams from the hit franchise, Jenelle Evans has taken over her spot as the most controversial figure in the entire cast.
"Jenelle ended up tripping and falling by the fire."
Although trouble seems to follow Evans wherever she goes, the horrifying ordeal she went through this past weekend was no fault of her own.
According to PEOPLE, Evans was hospitalized on October 13 after authorities received a 911 call placed from the home she shares with her husband David Eason.
The chief of 911 operations for Columbus County, North Carolina said a woman said an assault had occurred, but the requested ambulance was eventually canceled.
"Once they arrived, they advised [Evans] proper legal actions to take," the Columbus County chief told E! News. "An ambulance was called and then cancelled because she said she was going to the ER in a private vehicle."
A spokesperson from the Columbus County Sheriff's Office told the publication that an incident report hadn't been taken, while a rep for Evans said the reality star "had friends over Saturday night and they had a bonfire on her property, where "Jenelle ended up tripping and falling by the fire."
The 911 Recording
But on October 19, TMZ acquired the recording of the 911 call, which heard Evans sob uncontrollably while on the line.
The 26-year-old alleged Eason, who she shares 21-month-old daughter Ensley with, had assaulted her in their home.
In the phone call, Evans reported Eason was drunk and had violently pinned her down, where she heard her collarbone crack. She added that their children were sleeping inside.
Evans then told the operator she couldn't move her arm following the attack, and Eason and his friend had already left their home.
Sadly, this isn't the first Eason has faced trouble with the law.
"David's going to hurt her."
With a history of anger issues and domestic violence, it's no surprise that Evans' family have been worried about the pair's relationship.
"No, I don't feel Jenelle is OK," Barbara said while filming Teen Mom 2. "David's going to hurt her. I'm just so so so worried. I'm going to be the first one shot cause I live closest. It scares me. He could come over and kill me any time."
Earlier this year, Eason was fired from the hit series after he was caught posting homophobic and transphobic remarks on Facebook. In his comments, he said wouldn't let his children associate with the LGBTQ community or "be that way."
While Evans defended her husband by claiming he hadn't acted "in any type of way" when they attended a party with LGBTQ guests, MTV showed no tolerance for his hateful words.
"David Eason's personal comments do not reflect the views of MTV. With six weeks left of production on Teen Mom 2, effective immediately, we are ending our relationship with him."
Back in July, Evans' ex-fiance Nathan Griffith had accused Eason of abusing Kaiser, his four-year-old son he shares with Evans.
He alleged Eason had been leaving the youngster with "painful bruises" and told Columbus County Emergency Services, he "received my child and he has marks all over him. We asked [Kaiser] about it and he said David hit him with a stick."
Eason was cleared of any wrongdoings the following month.
